Eligibility Criteria

| Graduate Apprentice | Regular full-time graduation such as BA, B.Com, B.Sc or BBA |
| Data Entry Operator | Class 12 pass (below graduate level). Code 114 also needs a Domestic Data Entry Operator skill certificate |
- Minimum marks: 50% for General/EWS/OBC-NCL; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD against reserved seats.
- Qualification passing window: Graduate and Technician – 1 April 2023 to 30 September 2026. ITI and Data Entry Operator – 1 April 2022 to 30 September 2026.
- Not eligible: B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, LLB or similar higher qualifications.
- PwBD: Not eligible for codes 101–111; eligible (horizontal reservation) for 112, 113 and 114.
- A candidate can do a maximum of two apprenticeships; the second cannot be in the same trade.

- Fee: No application fee has been prescribed for the portal application.
- Stipend: Paid at the rate prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and the Apprentices Rules, as amended. The exact amount is not fixed in the notice.
