Eligibility Criteria
- Civil: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institution, or Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering.
- Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Mechanical Engineering.
- GATE: A valid QR-coded GATE scorecard of 2024, 2025 or 2026 in the relevant discipline. A GATE marksheet is not accepted. If you have more than one valid score, upload only one scorecard.
- Affidavit: An affidavit (Annexure-I) confirming the genuineness of the GATE scorecard.
- Odia language: Candidates must be able to read, write and speak Odia, as per the conditions in the advertisement. It may also be tested at the interview.

Pay Scale
Pay Level 12, Cell 1 under the Odisha Revised Scales of Pay (ORSP) Rules, 2017, plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances. Probation period is 2 years.
