- Shortlisting – meeting eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
- Interview (100 marks) – GM and DGM posts need a 10-minute presentation on job profile, projects or milestones.
- CTC negotiation – at or after the interview.
The merit list is based only on interview marks. Ties are broken in favour of the older candidate. There is no written test.
