Eligibility Criteria

Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer

  • Higher Secondary (10+2) pass.
  • Hindi shorthand at 100 words per minute from a recognized institute.
  • CPCT certificate with Hindi typing.
  • A recognized computer qualification (DOEACC/NIELIT diploma, ITI COPA, Modern Office Management, or a computer diploma/degree such as BCA, MCA, M.Sc CS/IT or Engineering).

ASI (Ministerial)

  • ASI (Ministerial): Hindi typing of two paragraphs of 600 words each in 30 minutes each, 100 marks (50 per paragraph), minimum 30% to qualify.
