Introduction :-

The Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana, officially known as Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana (PM-VBRY), is a flagship employment incentive scheme launched by the Government of India. The scheme aims to boost formal employment, encourage first-time job seekers, and motivate employers to create new jobs, especially in the manufacturing sector.

This scheme plays a crucial role in achieving the national vision of “Viksit Bharat @2047” by strengthening economic growth through large-scale job creation.

Part A: Benefits for First-Time Employees

This part is designed to support youth who are entering formal employment for the first time.
